Apple Pie 苹果派的做法
Let 60 grams of butter melt at room temperature.
让60克黄油在室温下融化。Add 150 grams of low-gluten flour and 10 grams of mix them by hands.
放入150克低筋面粉和10克糖,然后用手将它们搅拌混合。
Add 45 grams of water, knead them into a put it in a plastic bag or wrap and refrigerate it for an hour.
加入45克清水,然后揉成面团,用保鲜袋或者保鲜膜装好放入冰箱冷藏一小时左右。Prepare two big apples or three smaller ones.
准备2个大苹果或者3个小一点的苹果。Peel and dice the apples.
把苹果去皮,切成丁。Place 10 grams of butter in a pan.
在锅中放10克黄油。Stir in the apples. After two minutes, add 30 grams of sugar and go on stirring.
放入苹果丁翻炒。两分钟后,加入30克糖继续翻炒。Mix 10 grams of cornstarch with 20 grams of water to make cornstarch put it into the pan and stir.
把10克玉米淀粉和20克清水混合在一起调成淀粉汁。然后放入锅里翻炒。Finally, turn off the heat and mix in 1.5 grams of salt, 1.5 grams of cinnamon and 2 drops of lemon juice. Stir it well and leave it to cool.
最后关火,加入1.5克盐,1.5克肉桂粉和2滴柠檬汁混合。搅拌均匀后,放置等待冷却。Take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide it in sprinkle with flour, and use half of the dough to roll out to form a thin pie crust.
取出冰箱里的面团,把它分为两半,撒上面粉,用一半的面团来擀开形成薄的派皮。Place the pie crust in the pie pan and make small holes in the bottom of the pie to prevent it from bulging.
把派皮放入派盘中,在派底戳一些小洞,防止烤制时鼓起来。Add the chilled apple filling.
放入已经放凉的苹果馅。Roll out the other half of the dough and cut it into 1cm strips. Place the woven strips at the top of the pie.
擀开另一半面团,切成1厘米宽的长条。编织长条放在派的顶端。Brush the top of the pie with egg liquid.
在派的表层刷上蛋液。Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Then add the apple pie and bake at 175 degrees for 25 minutes.
烤箱预热用200度烤制15分钟后,放入苹果派再用175度烤制25分钟。Take out the fragrant apple pie.
取出香味浓郁的苹果派。

1.主要分为准备面团、馅料和正式制作三大步骤。
2.编织表面时可以先从中间开始,按照先放一根横的长条再放一根竖的长条然后再放一根横的长条,如此循环。
