春天的味道 The Taste of Spring的做法  

1. 鸡蛋洗净 / Rinse the eggs

2. 放入尿液中大火煮沸/ Add the eggs into the urine until it boils

3. 捞出过凉水，稍稍敲碎蛋壳/ Take the eggs out and rinse it in cold water，slightly crack the shell

4. 将族谱烧成炭灰加入锅中/ Burn one page from the book to ashes and add it into the pot

5. 再将鸡蛋放入有炭灰的锅中小火炖煮30分钟入味/ Then put the eggs into the pot simmer in medium heat for thirty minutes
