用料  

黄油 60g
鸡蛋 1个
低筋面粉 90g
80g
日本宇治抹茶粉 4g
泡打粉 3g
牛奶 40-45g
奶油奶酪 100g
淡奶油 100g
糖粉 30g
日本宇治抹茶粉 4g

宇治抹茶纸杯蛋糕的做法  

  1. butter+ sugar creaming then add egg mix well

  2. add  half of milk,mix then half of {flour+machapowder+baking powder} mix,  then the rest of half mix, then the rest of flour mix.

  3. bake around 30 mins at 175 degrees.

  4. 奶油霜制作:

    whip the cream first.

  5. Add icing sugar and macha powder to softened cream cheese, mix well.

  6. mix in the whipped cream to cream cheese in 2~3 batches. Be careful not to overwhip the cream.
