宇治抹茶纸杯蛋糕的做法
butter+ sugar creaming then add egg mix well
add half of milk,mix then half of {flour+machapowder+baking powder} mix, then the rest of half mix, then the rest of flour mix.
bake around 30 mins at 175 degrees.
奶油霜制作:
whip the cream first.Add icing sugar and macha powder to softened cream cheese, mix well.
mix in the whipped cream to cream cheese in 2~3 batches. Be careful not to overwhip the cream.
