chilli con carne的做法
对半切开两颗洋葱,切片。大平底锅加橄榄油2勺,加热后翻炒洋葱八分钟。然后加入切片大蒜、辣椒粉3勺、小茴香粉和干牛至叶各2勺,炒1分钟。再加入牛绞肉翻炒均匀直至变棕。Heat the oil in a large pan,and fry the onions for 8 the garlic,spices and oregano,and cook for 1 min,then gradually add the mince,stirring well until browned.
上述材料倒入炖锅,然后调入400g蕃茄片,去籽红椒片,油沁西红柿干,去汤熟红芸豆,和碎牛肉汤块,再调味。Tip into the slow cooker pot and stir in the chopped tomatoes,peppers,sun-dried tomatoes and beans,then crumble in the stock cubes and season to taste.
文火炖上8-10个小时结束。吃的时侯按自己口味放上饭,辣肉酱,牛肉果片,玉米片沙拉以及一小碟酸奶油。Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 e with avocado or a big salad with avocado in it,some rice or tortilla chips and a bowl of soured cream.
