用料
高麗菜 | 150 g |
meat (any meat u like) | 適量 |
鸡蛋 | 1个 |
盐 | trace amount |
低筋面粉(protein<7.5 %) | 80 克 |
山药泥 | 50 g |
鰹魚素 | 10 g |
水 | 100 mL |
柴魚片 | 適量 |
蔥花 | 適量 |
蛋黃醬 | 適量 |
大阪燒醬 | 適量 |
大阪燒的做法
cabbage cut in dice/mince
mix fish soup powder with water,
add fish soup and salt to flour,
give it a well mixed,
add 山藥泥to the面糊 (now 那陀東西 should have a sticky texture).
add cabbage to the 面糊
add 打好的蛋 to the 面糊 and cabbage.
give it a gentle mixed.
開中小火,
added面糊to the pan,
put meat on top of the 面糊,
pan fry for 3 mins.
flip to the side of meat facing the pan,
pan fry for another 3 mins.
add sauce.
ready to serve.
