These rolls are lovely – the eggs glue themselves to the wrap so that they are easy as anything to roll, making them delicious and portable.
用料
鸡蛋 | 6个 |
干欧芹 | 1tbsp |
大蒜粉 | 1tsp |
盐 | 1/2tsp |
黑胡椒 | 1/2tsp |
Tortilla软玉米饼 | 6张 |
黑橄榄 | 85g |
蘑菇 | 100g |
番茄酱sun-dried | 6tsp |
Nadiya-蘑菇煎蛋卷的做法
鸡蛋打散,加入干欧芹和大蒜粉,搅拌均匀。
中火热锅,滴入2tsp油。准备好玉米饼。倒入3tbsp鸡蛋液,撒上蘑菇片和黑橄榄
把番茄酱抹到玉米饼上,扣在鸡蛋液上。
熟了之后卷饼对半切即可食用。

This dish freezes well. Wrap any leftovers in cling film and pop them into the freezer. When you are ready to eat the leftovers, leave to thaw in the fridge.
冷藏友好,吃不完用保鲜膜包裹起来放入冰箱内,要吃的时候热一下就行了。
