用料  

Salmon 0.25 lbs
Onion 1
Scallion 1
Butter 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 Tsbq
Olive Oil
Vinegar

Salmon Couscous Salad的做法  

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Massage salmon in salt, and wrap in tinfoil, bake for 10-12 minutes

  3. Minced an onion and a scallion into small pieces

  4. Boil water with butter and salt, remove from heat and put in couscous and let steep for 5 minutes (water:couscous:butter = 1cup:1cup:1tsbp)

  5. 5. Mix with salmon, onion, spinach and scallion with olive oil, salt and vinegar
