用料  

芦笋 Asparagus 480g
香菇 Mushrooms 180g
蚝油 Oyster Sauce 120ml
小米椒 Chills 8g
植物油 Vegetable Oil 15ml
蒜瓣 10ml

香菇芦笋Stir-fried Asparagus with shiitake mushrooms的做法  

  1. 准备好上述食材
    Prepare the ingredients above

  2. 把芦笋洗净,剪去端部,然后切成2.5-5厘米的薄片
    Wash the asparagus, trim the ends and slice on the bias into 2.5-5-centimeter pieces

  3. 把蘑菇洗净,剪去茎干,切成1-2厘米的薄片
    Wash the mushrooms, trim off the stems and slice the caps into 1-2-centimeter thick slices.

  4. 把油在锅中烧热
    Heat the oils in the wok

  5. 加入大蒜炒几秒钟
    Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds

  6. 加入芦笋和香菇炒1分钟
    Add the asparagus and mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute

  7. 加入蚝油与小米椒,继续炒至芦笋变软,大约3分钟
    Add the oyster sauce and crushed red chiles (if using) and continue to stir-fry until the asparagus
    is nearly tender, approximately 3 minutes.

  8. 完成
