香草🌿松软牛轧糖Nougat的做法图解 做法步骤

做牛軋糖的方法有很多,本人根據做了五年多的經驗,整理好這配方,朋友吃了都覺得不錯,認為比市面上的還好吃。應朋友之邀,這裡友情分享一下,希望您也能做出美味牛軋糖,與人分享,願上帝祝福我們大家擁有甜蜜幸福的美好時光。

There are many ways to make nougat. Based on more than five years of experience, I have organized this recipe. Friends feel  the nougats are fresh and more tasty than market product when they eat it. As invitated by friends, I would like to share it with you. I hope you can also make delicious nougat.  May God bless us have a sweet and happy time.

用料  

棉花糖 Marshmallows 453 g
黄油Butter 168 g
奶粉 Millk Powder 395 g
蔓越莓 Dry Cranberries 110 g
葡萄干 Raisons 90 g
核桃仁/干果仁 Pecan 100 g
花生仁 Peanuts 200 g
香草🌿精 Vanilla 1 -2 滴

  1. 將蔓越莓乾和葡萄干預先洗淨,切小塊。Wash the dried cranberries and raisins in advance and cut into small pieces.

  2. 將花生洗淨,用空氣炸鍋200華氏度8分鐘控乾水分,同時預熱烤箱至356華氏度,將乾花生放入烤箱烤8分鐘左右,表面淡黃有香味取出待涼。Rinse peanuts and roast in air fryer for 8 minutes at 200 DegF to dry. Set Oven to 356 DegF and roast dry peanuts for 8 minutes, till they are light yellow and smell good.

  3. 將黃油切成小塊,放入鍋中,以中小火將其化開。Cut butter into small cubes and put it in pot above stove and melt it with low-medium heat.

  4. 將棉花糖倒入融化的黃油中,小火慢慢將其化開,不斷進行攪拌。融化的均勻時,加入1-2滴香草🌿精,攪拌均勻。 Pour the marshmallows into the melted butter(3), slowly melt candy with reduced heat and stir constantly.  When melted evenly, add 1-2 drops of vanilla tincture and stir well

  5. 將預備好的奶粉倒入融化的棉花糖(4)中,不斷攪拌,直至所有奶粉被吸收融化。Pour the prepared milk powder into the melted marshmallow and keep stirring until all the milk powder is absorbed and melted.

  6. 關火,將烤好的堅果(花生、核桃等)倒入糖(5)中,攪拌均勻。Turn off the heat, pour the roasted peanuts and pecan etc. into above milk candy(5) and stir well

  7. 關火後,再將蔓越莓乾和葡萄乾一起放入(6)中,帶上手套不停折疊,將所有食材粘到糖中。After turning off the heat, put the dried cranberries and raisins together in mixture(6), keep on folding by hand with gloves, and mix all the ingredients well.

  8. 壓平牛軋糖表面,放入冰箱冷凍室冷凍半小時。Flatten the surface of nougat and put it in the freezer for half an hour.

  9. 取出切塊,這樣就可以用糯米紙包好食用了。香甜可口,喜歡吃軟的,就放在室溫下保存。喜歡吃硬的,據放在冷藏室保存,一般可保鮮1-2周。Take it out from freezer and cut into pieces so that you can wrap them with glutinous rice paper.  They are sweet and delicious, if you like soft candy, you just store it at room temperature.  If you like hard candy, you can keep it in the refrigerator. It can be kept fresh for 1-2 weeks.

小贴士

1)全程採用中小火 Low to Medium heat
2)當奶粉全部融化吸收後,立即關火,這樣容易控制牛軋糖的柔軟度 When the milk powder is completely melted and absorbed, turn off the heat immediately, so it is easy to control the softness of nougat
3)好吃的東東也不能貪吃哦,吃多了可別怪我沒提醒哦 Don’t eat too much even it is delicious, don’t blame me for not reminding you.
