用料  

Oats 2 cups
water or milk 5 cups
salt 1/4 TSP (optional)
Rasins/Nuts/Syrup Some

  1. Boil water or milk and salt.

  2. Stir in oats and cook about 10 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally. Do not leave your pot!

  3. To be wonderful, throw in a few fresh berries, some toasted nuts, maple syrup or brown sugar.
