Teriyaki chicken breast
Bon:We should refrozen the chicken breast overnight in the refrigerator to assure sustaining the quality of chicken.

Chicken breast | 2块 |
Water | 100克 |
Honey | 1勺 |
Soy sauce | 2勺 |
Seafood sauce | 1勺 |
Salt | 2克 |
Wine | 20g |
Vinegar | 10g |
Sugar | 5g |
Broccoli | 1 |
Teriyaki chicken breast的做法
Fry the chicken until it becomes yellow on the surface
Pour the mix sauce with water, wine ,soy sauce ,vinegar , sugar and salt
Boil the chicken breast until the sauce become thick and turn red
Place the chicken on the plate and cut to small pieces; add more water to the sauce and boil again; add the chicken to the sauce again until the sauce become very thick.
Place the chicken on the plate, pour the sauce in the surface of the chicken
Water bath the broccoli for 5 min in boiling water and place on the plate with seaweed wrapped rice
