用料
樱桃cherry | 40颗 |
巧克力chocolate | 440克 |
奶油cream | 250ml |
蛋egg | 11个 |
黄油butter | 280克 |
白砂糖sugar | 200克 |
蓝莓blueberry | 适量 |
可食用金粉Edible gold powder | 适量 |
抹茶粉matcha powder | 适量克 |
樱桃巧克力慕斯的做法
Separate the egg white from the yolk
Add the sugar in half to the cream and egg whites。80g sugar in total.
Whisk the egg whites and cream.
Melt the chocolate and butter and add the egg yolk
Mix all these things together and stir it.
Use piping bag to plate it and then put them into refrigerator to form them.
Put cherries and blueberries on the top of it.
