土耳其菜包饭的做法
包菜焯水
Onion, garlic, green chill- blend into paste, then add into rice
1 table spoon chill paste into washed rice.
1 can of tomato blended, into rice
One teaspoon of salt, olive oil small cup, add chopped parsley, mix well
Parsley stent on the bottom of the pot,
Lay rapped rice into pot, fill boiled water 2-3cm above the veg, boil with low medium heat for half hour.
