用料  

large sweet potatoes大地瓜 2个
avocado oil油就好了 2.5克+2.5g
medium onion, diced中等洋葱,切丁 1个
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced鸡胸肉丁 2块
white mushrooms, chopped口蘑丁 226g
coarse salt盐 3克
freshly ground black pepper新鲜黑胡椒,就是胡椒 5g
dried oregano干牛至 10g
baby spinach or baby greens of choice, chopped菠菜苗?绿叶菜切丁 150g
minced garlic拍个蒜 5g
Crumble Feta芝士 100g

Chicken Spinach Mushroom and Feta Stuffed Sweet Potato芝士鸡肉菠菜蘑菇填地瓜的做法  

  1. Wrap your sweet potatoes in tin foil. Place them in the crockpot and cook when you cook your sweet potatoes, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
    地瓜对开,煮熟;拿个锅中火烧热

  2. Add the onion, chicken, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms have released all of their liquid and it has mostly all evaporated, about 6 minutes.把洋葱,鸡肉,蘑菇,盐,胡椒,牛至放入锅中烧至无水份,大概6分钟

  3. Add the spinach and garlic and cook another minute or so until the greens are wilted but still bright green. Remove from the heat.放入菠菜和打算烧熟,移开🔥

  4. Open each sweet potato and fill it with 1/4 of the filling. Top with 1 ounce of feta cheese.填满4分之一的地瓜放一勺芝士

  5. Enjoy
