DoubleTree Hotel signature chocolate chip cookie 逸林酒店招牌巧克力曲奇的做法步骤图

待在家里的人们也可以吃到逸林店的招牌巧克力曲奇了。
“We know this is an anxious time for everyone,” said Shawn McAteer, senior vice president and global head, DoubleTree by Hilton, via the release. “A warm chocolate chip cookie can’t solve everything, but it can bring a moment of comfort and happiness.”
美食也许不能解决所有问题,但至少能带来片刻的欢愉~

用料  

软化的黄油 1/2磅
砂糖 3/4杯+1茶匙
黄砂糖 3/4杯
鸡蛋 2只
香草提取液 1又1/4茶匙
新鲜柠檬汁 1/4茶匙
面粉 2又1/4杯
燕麦片 1/2杯
苏打粉 1茶匙
1茶匙
肉桂粉 菜谱中没有用量,我觉得按照个人口味适量吧
雀巢Tollhouse半甜巧克力片 2又2/3杯
切碎的核桃 1又3/4杯

DoubleTree Hotel signature chocolate chip cookie 逸林酒店招牌巧克力曲奇的做法  

  1. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
    将软化的黄油、糖、黄砂糖放在大碗中,用打蛋器中速打2分钟。

  2. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice, blending with mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then medium speed for about 2 minutes, or until light and fluffy, scraping down bowl.
    加入鸡蛋、香草精华、柠檬汁,再低速打30秒,接着中速打2分钟左右,或者直至混合物颜色变浅且蓬松。

  3. With mixer on low speed, add flour, oats, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, blending for about 45 seconds. Don’t overmix.
    打蛋器低速,加入面粉、麦片、苏打粉、盐、肉桂粉搅拌约45秒,注意不要过搅拌。

  4. Remove bowl from mixer and stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
    在碗里加入巧克力豆和核桃碎,混合均匀。

  5. Portion dough with a scoop (about 3 tablespoons) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart.

  6. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and center is still soft.

  7. move from oven and cool on baking sheet for about 1 hour.
    拿出曲奇,冷却约1小时。

小贴士

You can freeze the unbaked cookies, and there’s no need to thaw. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and place frozen cookies on parchment paper-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake until edges are golden brown and center is still soft.
可以在烤制前将面团冷藏一会儿,之后无需解冻直接进入烤箱。
