Sesame Pancakes with Scallions的做法
Mix the water, corn oil, yeast and flour in a large bowl and knead to form a smooth dough.
Rub it slightly longer and divide it into 4 equal parts.
Roll each small part into small strips and brush corn oil on the surface.
Cover with plastic food wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
While the dough is rising, make the shortening. Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up. Then pour it into a small bowl, add a spoonful of flour and stir to make it mushy.
Take a piece of dough and roll into a long strip, preferably no more than 10cm width.
Put a spoonful of shortening, sprinkle with 2g salt and spread evenly over pasty.
Sprinkle with sliced spring onion.
Fold one end over on both sides and start rolling again.
Put the head part at the bottom.
Flatten the rolled dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Roll into patties of about 20cm in diameter.
Brush a small amount of oil in a pan and turn on a medium-low heat to cook the pancakes. Turn over after about 1 minute.
Continue to turn over, remembering to shake the pancake when not flipping and cover the pan with a lid.
Take it out from the pan when both sides are golden and chop into pieces. Put these on a plate.
