泰式奶茶千层蛋糕 Thai tea crepe cake的做法
preapare all the things we need.
firstly,make the special cream with tea,pour all the cream into the pot and add the tea ,heat them together in order to let the taste and color of tea get into the cream.
将600ml淡奶油倒入锅中并将3袋红茶撕开,茶粉一并倒入奶油中加热,直至微沸。Wait until the cream is not so hot, put it into the fridge for at least 5hours.
放凉的奶油放入冰箱中冷藏五小时。Secondly , prepare the batter.
put 50g sugar,20g butter and 2pieces of tea into 200ml milk, heat them together.
制作面糊。
取200ml牛奶加入50g白糖,20g黄油2包茶包,加热至黄油白糖融化。put another 300ml milk,2eggs and the flour, mix them together.
sieving the batter.
加入剩下的300ml牛奶,准备好的蛋液和面粉,搅拌均匀,面糊过筛2次。use the pan to make the thin pancake.
选择6寸平底锅,事先预热,舀一勺面糊均匀倒入锅内,旋转,使面糊薄薄一层铺平在锅上,倒出多余面糊,加热至表面冒大气泡。use the knife to let the pancke out, repeat the step 6, until use off all the batter.
用刮刀将薄饼从平底锅上脱落,放凉。
重复制好所有薄饼。use the model to cut the pancake into the same shape and size.(6inch )
prepare the cream.
加入50g白糖20g炼乳,打发奶油。put one piece of pancake with some cream, and use the knife to screed the cream.
一层面皮上抹上奶油,不停叠放。use some cocoa powder to decorate the cake.
in order to let the cake taste much better , put it into the fridge for 1night.cut it and enjoy it
