nonfat milk | 3/4 cups |

ground cinnamon | 1/2 teaspoons |
pure maple syrup | 1 teaspoons |
Maple-Spice Oatmeal的做法
In a medium saucepan, bring the oats, water, milk, and salt to a rolling boil over high heat.
Reduce the heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cinnamon and maple syrup. Let the oatmeal stand for 2 minutes before serving.

SUBSTITUTION TIP: If you like raisins in your oatmeal, you can add 2 tablespoons when you add the syrup and cinnamon. However, don’t do this during the initial two weeks, and make sure raisins aren’t a personal acid reflux trigger.
