pineapple cake

amanda's tastes --- ( a bit too much butter for my mix, I'll reduce some)

1/2 egg
125 g cake flour
125 g butter
20 g sugar
milk powder 25 g

用料  

pineapple cake的做法  

1. make stuffing
   
   mince pineapple, add sugar to saute till sticky, then add in corn syrup

2. make pineapple black tea
   
   add a tea bag in the saute pan

3. make pastry
   
   beat up butter, add sugar, then add egg.

4. chill pasty in the fridge for 40 mins

5. bake at 338 F for 10 mins

6. flip then bake 5-8 mins
