用料  

干辣椒丝
袋装笋丝 400g
小条嫩里脊 半条
海米椒
上海白米醋
葱姜蒜
鸡精

【酸辣笋丝 – 下饭菜 饭遭殃之二】的做法  

  1. 先沥去笋丝塑料袋中的水,用清水淘洗2次笋丝;

  2. 倒入干辣椒丝、海米椒、葱姜蒜爆香,然后倒入笋丝翻炒;

  3. 最后调入白醋、盐、鸡精,如果喜欢辣味,可加入泡海米椒的水适量,味道更佳。
