2 carrots,chopped | |
200g speck or bacon, cut into 1 cm lardons | |
(500g button mushrooms) | |
2 tbsp plain flour | |

Beef Bourguignon的做法
marinade the beef:
overnight-strain-pat dry
season the beefolive oil & butter:
sear the beef-remove
add 16 onions & carrots
add bacon
(mushrooms)
return the beefadd 2 tbsp plain flour
add the marinade liquid :reduced Pour in beef stock
(thyme & bay leaf)
paper lid
boil & simmer: 1-2 hoursseason & parsley
