Paprika Omelet with Goat Cheese的做法步骤图

用料  

ghee, room temperature 酥油,室温 2 teaspoons 茶匙
4 eggs, whisked 鸡蛋 4个
goat cheese羊奶酪 4 tablespoons 汤匙
paprika 辣椒粉 1 teaspoon 茶匙
Sea salt and ground black pepper 盐和胡椒粉 to taste 适量
bacon, ham, peppers, or spinach… 培根🥓、火腿、柿子椒、 菠菜等 备选

Paprika Omelet with Goat Cheese的做法  

  1. Melt the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the whisked eggs to the pan and cover with the lid; reduce the heat to medium-low.

  3. Cook for 4 minutes; now, stir in the cheese and paprika; continue to cook an additional 3 minutes or until cheese has melted. 

  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately. Enjoy!
