用料  

熟透的中型香蕉 2个
花生酱 1/3 cup (85 g)
快熟燕麦(quick oats) 1.5 cups (140 g)
蔓越莓干(切一起~) 2 Tbsp (30 g)
烤过的椰蓉 2 Tbsp (10 g)
纯素黑巧克力 2 Tbsp (15 g)
香草精 1/2 tsp (3 mL)

一个碗!无油无糖纯素无麸质!燕麦曲奇!的做法  

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F/ 180 C.
    烤箱预热至 350 F/ 180 C.

  2. Mash the bananas well in a large bowl.
    Then add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, stirring until combined before adding the remaining ingredients.
    香蕉在大碗里碾成泥,加入花生酱和香草精,搅拌均匀。然后加入剩余的全部材料

  3. Divide into 12, roll into balls and then press down to make a cookie shape.
    Place on a cookie tray lined with baking paper.
    均分成12份,揉成球球并压扁成曲奇形状。放上铺了烘焙纸的烤盘

  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the tops turn golden.
    烤10-12分钟,直至顶部金黄

  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!

小贴士

* If you don’t have quick oats, pulse regular rolled oats in a blender or food processor until coarsely chopped

** If you don’t have roasted coconut flakes, just dry roast unsweetened shredded coconut flakes on a pan on high heat, stirring frequently until fragrant and lightly golden.

烤完放冰箱可以保存两天~
真空/冷冻层保存的话可以保持2个月以上o!
