菠菜 | 300g |
鸡蛋 | 2个 |
大葱 | 适量 切片 |
浓缩鸡汁 | 1茶勺 |
油、盐 | 适量 |
菠菜炒鸡蛋 Fried Spinach with Egg的做法
准备食材
菠菜绰水控干切段
中火炒锅倒入油把鸡蛋炒熟盛出来备用。
中火烧热后倒入一点油,加入大葱炒出香味,加入菠菜大约煸炒2分钟后把鸡蛋加进去炒匀。
出锅前加入鸡汁和盐调味。
