我家的人很喜欢吃芒果,因此今天特意用芒果做成雪糕~~这个雪糕不用雪糕机,制作方法简单,非常适合在家做给大小朋友一起食用~~In summer, it is best to eat a ice cream

用料
芒果 mango | 4个 |
牛奶 milk | 60克 |
淡奶油cream | 400克 |
炼奶Condensed milk | 300克 |
芒果雪糕 mango ice cream的做法
芒果除皮切成小块备用,一部分打成蓉Peel mango and cut into small pieces
牛奶与炼奶搅拌均匀Mix milk and condensed milk evenly
鲜奶油打发呈粗纹路Whipped cream is rough
芒果蓉加入已搅拌均匀的牛奶混合物Add mango puree to the well-mixed milk mixture
芒果奶加入已打发的鲜奶油打至混合Add mango milk and whipped whipped cream until blended
倒入芒果粒搅拌均匀Pour in the mango grains and mix well
倒入长方形模具,冷藏一晚上即可享用Pour into a rectangular mold and refrigerate overnight to eat
