咖喱土豆&Curry potato

老婆最近胃口不好，是时候学习新菜改善一下伙食了&Since my wife has been having a poor appetite recently, it's time for me to study new cuisines，hopefully improving the meals

用料  

咖喱土豆&Curry potato的做法  

1. 用传说中的滚刀法将土豆切成块状&cut the potatoes into chunks using the legendary "rolling-cutting" method

2. 将土豆放在大号小猪碗中用清水浸泡5分钟&soak the potatoes in the water for 5 mins

3. 热锅冷油，将土豆块翻炒3分钟&put the cold oil into the hot pot, cook the potatoes for about 3 mins using the heated oil

4. 锅中加水，将土豆炖至断生&add water into the pot, braise the potatoes until cooked

5. 加入适量咖喱，翻炒三分钟出锅&add proper amout of curry, cook 3 more mins

6. 大工告成! & done!
