Unsalted butter: 100 g

soak mung bean overnight
steam mung bean for 45 mins
smash the steamed mung bean
in a saucepan, melt butter, add mung bean mash, and honey
stir for several mins

- could also add cranberry (chopped) w/o red bean filling
