跟原方有点改动的是,我做了巧克力围边,没有做镜面。
椰子饼胚很香,跟戚风蛋糕的口感不一样,但同样好吃。
用料

1. Coconut Dacquoise - 20cm*20cm
45g coconut powder
25g cake flour(3Tbsp)
50g sugar powder (1/3 cup 1Tbsp)
55g almond powder (1/4 cup 1Tbsp)
155 g egg whites (4 1/2)
65 g (1/2 cup)sugar -我减了1/3糖
3ml vanilla extract
sugar powder 在面糊拌好后倒在烤盘里,然后撒上糖粉一起烤。
为了好看,我将饼胚分成两个颜色一层是原色,一层加了点食用色素拌成了粉红色。
2. Basic Vanilla cheesecake & Strawberry cheesecake 7 寸:
250g cream cheese(1 cup 1Tbsp)
