Sautéed Green Beans的做法
Wash the beans and pick the pointy ends off with hand.
Take the garlic and mesh them.
Put the cooking oil in the wok, and wait till the oil gets hot (you can see white smoke coming from the wok when the oil gets hot).
Put the meshed garlic in the wok and stir quickly. When it turns yellow, put the beans inside, and start stirring, continuously for a few minutes so that the beans do not get burned.
When the beans turn a bit softer, add little amount of water, put on the lid and wait till the beans get soft enough to be eaten and then add salt and chicken powder.
Plate them and ready.
小贴士
Be ware of flying hot oil when you put the beans in the wok.
