Poached Eggs over Sautéed Greens

椰子油 | 1TBSP |

Poached Eggs over Sautéed Greens的做法
Add the water to a medium sauce pot set over medium-high heat. Add the
vinegar and 1 teaspoon of the salt to the water.While you are waiting for the water to reach a simmer, heat the coconut oil
in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and brown without
burning, then add the spinach. Stir well. Season with salt and a pinch of
pepper to taste. Once the spinach is wilted, remove pan from heat and place
the spinach on a serving dish.Crack 1 egg into a small bowl, then carefully add it to the simmering water
without breaking its yolk. Repeat with the second egg. Poach the eggs for 3
to 5 minutes, or as desired. Remove eggs from the water with a slotted
spoon and serve them over the sautéed spinach.
