Peeled peanuts 1.5 cup ~ 225 g
Sugar 1/2 cup ~ 120 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 200 ml
3 star anise
1 shallot
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
corn starch 1 tbsp
