西餐制作期末考/20分钟/普罗旺斯焗蕃茄/ratatouille
普罗旺斯是一道法国名菜,也是一道西餐制作中的经典料理。不仅营养丰富,热量低,还十分美味。在教材食谱的基础上,我根据个人喜好做了一些改变,为它加上番茄外衣,使它在美味的同时更加养眼。
Ratatouille is a famous French dish and a classic dish in Western food making. Not only is it rich in nutrients, low in calories, but also very delicious. Based on the textbook’s recipe, I made some changes based on my personal preferences and added tomato coat to it to make it more eye-catching while delicious.

我所用到的所有食材如下,大家可以根据喜好做出不同选择。
All the ingredients I use are as follows, you can make different choices
according to your preferences所有配料切成丁,装盘。将番茄肉挖出,留下盖子,如后图所示。
Cut all the ingredients
into small cubes and place them on a plate.
Dig out the tomato meat and leave the lid, as shown in the picture below.锅中加入些许橄榄油,所有配料放到锅中小火慢炒,加入盐,可将挖空的番茄肉的汁加入锅中3勺。出锅前2分钟加入罗勒叶与黑胡椒碎翻炒。
Add a little olive oil to the pot, put all the ingredients in the pot and stir-fry slowly, add salt, and add 3 spoons of the juice of the hollowed tomatoes to the pot. Add basil leaves and crushed black pepper and stir fry 2 minutes before leaving the pan.将配料装入番茄容器中,可以装一层配料加一层芝士。
Put the ingredients in the tomato container, you can put a layer of ingredients and a layer of cheese.放入烤箱中,上下火,180℃,烤10分钟左右。
Put in the oven with upper and lower heat in 180°C, bake for about 10 minutes.摆盘,我选择的是黑色岩石方形盘和宫廷风墨绿色勺子,能很好地衬托普罗旺斯焗蕃茄的美。
For the garnish, I chose a black rock square plate and a court-style darkgreen spoon, which can well complement the beauty of this cuisine.合影
