1 cup brewed and cooled chamomile tea
½ cup silken tofu
1 cup frozen cherries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons raw cashews
1 cup ice
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve
right away.
VARIATION 1: Substitute yogurt for
the tofu.
VARIATION 2: Add ½ of a frozen
banana for extra creaminess and some
heart-healthy potassium

奇亚籽 | 1 tablespoon |
腰果 | 2 talespoon |
