用料
| small waxy potaotes | |
| 2tbsp olive oil & knob of butter | |
| Salt & pepper | |
| *crushed garlic | |
| *herbs,chopped |
Sauteed Potatoes的做法
Cover Potatoes:
with cold & salted water:
boil --simmer for 15minutes.
Drain-cool a little
*Cut into 5mm slices / diceFrying pan
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil & butter
Potatoes: golden & crispy
Season
*Add garlic
*Add chopped herbs
